Neo feudalism and eco fascism forced upon us to line the pockets of these bastards. That's why they're trying to destroy farms, to buy the land cheap and desecrate it with useless solar panels and wind turbines. Hence we have the most expensive electricity in the world. 150% increase in 3 years. And BlackRock are planning on rebuilding Ukraine as a smart country, which is why we're still sending them billions.
Looks more like the old joke - putting the fox in charge of the chickens? Does everyone remember PFI "partnerships" and the ongoing poverty of the NHS? That ended in tears and there appears to be no reason why this won't be a huge rip-off. If there is any evidence that private ownership enriches the public services - what about: Water, Trains, Buses, Gas, Electricity, Housing, HS2, Schools and the consultancy boom etc? The bit about ex-civil servents using their contacts to worm their way in is also instructive. Regrets and denials won't be too far away.
